Driving Directions
From the North
- 1-93 South to Exit 12 (Neponset/Quincy).
 - Continue onto Gallivan Boulevard. Stay in right-hand lanes.
 - Take right onto Hancock Street/Neponset Avenue (onto Bridge).
 - Bear slightly right to remain on Hancock Street.
 - Keep right to continue onto Newport Avenue Extension.
 - Turn right onto Heritage Drive. Building is on your right.
 
From the South
- 1-93 North toward Boston.
 - Take Exit 9 (Adams Street/Milton/North Quincy).
 - Merge onto Willard Street (becomes Granite Avenue).
 - Right onto Squantum Street, continue onto W Squantum Street.
 - Left onto Newport Avenue Extension Ramp. (This left ramp is not well marked. If North Quincy T Stop is on your left OR if you reach Hancock Street, you have driven passed the ramp. See image of ramp below).

 - Left onto Heritage Drive. Building is on your right.
 
From the West
- 1-90 East Mass. Pike
 - Exit on left — 24 A-B-C to merge onto I-93 South toward Quincy.
 - 1-93 South to Exit 12 (Neponset/Quincy).
 - Continue onto Gallivan Boulevard. Stay in right-hand lanes.
 - Take right onto Hancock Street/Neponset Avenue (onto Bridge).
 - Bear slightly right to remain on Hancock Street.
 - Keep right to continue onto Newport Avenue Extension.
 - Turn right onto Heritage Drive. Building is on your right.
 
Public Transportation:
MTA Headquarters is an 8-10 minute walk from the North Quincy train station.
If travelling from Cambridge, Boston, UMASS Boston- take the Braintree Bound Red Line Train. (DO NOT TAKE THE ASHMONT BOUND REDLINE TRAIN). Upon exiting Train at North Quincy station, turn left for exit closest to MTA./
If travelling from Braintree, take the Alewife Bound Red Line Train. Upon exiting the Train at North Quincy station, turn right for exit closest to MTA.
Point A is just outside of the T Station, Point B is in front of MTA Headquarters.

The office park owner provides an “A & A Metro” shuttle, which picks up at Point A. The shuttle service drives a loop around Heritage Place Office park and the Red Line train station.
The Shuttle Service runs Monday – Friday between 6:30am – 9:30am and 4pm – 7pm.
